Spencer's Hair Salon Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can sometimes change, but we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Our cancellation charges are as follows:

• 48 hours or more: No charge.
• Less than 48 hours' notice: 50% of the scheduled service cost.
• 24 hours' notice or less: 100% of the scheduled service cost.
• No-show appointments: 100% of the scheduled service cost.

We appreciate that emergencies and unexpected circumstances can happen. If you need to make a change to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to be understanding and accommodate you where we can.

These charges help us cover the time reserved for your appointment and give us the opportunity to offer the slot to another client.
